These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Proxy Browser – Private Web mobile application (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the app.

  1. Use of the App
    You agree to use Proxy Browser – Private Web in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

You must not use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:
• Accessing or distributing illegal content
• Transmitting malware or malicious code
• Engaging in fraud or unauthorized activities

You are solely responsible for the websites you visit and the content you access while using the app.

  1. Proxy and Browsing Disclaimer
    Proxy Browser – Private Web provides access to web content through proxy-based browsing technology. Connection speed, availability, and performance may vary based on network conditions and third-party services.

We do not host, control, or monitor third-party websites or their content. Any interaction with external websites is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and privacy policies.

  1. Intellectual Property
    The app, including its design, branding, logos, and source code, is the intellectual property of Priya Sakhiya and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the app without prior written permission.

  1. Third-Party Services
    Proxy Browser – Private Web may use third-party services such as Google Firebase and RevenueCat to provide analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, and subscription management.

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

  1. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
    The app may offer optional premium subscriptions processed through Apple’s App Store.

• Payments are handled securely by Apple
• We do not collect or store payment information
• Subscription access is managed through Apple and RevenueCat

All purchases are subject to Apple’s App Store terms and refund policies.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    Proxy Browser – Private Web is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
• Use or inability to use the app
• Accessing third-party websites
• Data loss or service interruptions

  1. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and/or on the App Store listing. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
