End User License Agreement (EULA) for Proxy Browser – Private Web

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Priya Sakhiya (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Proxy Browser – Private Web mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

  1. License Grant
    We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the App on a compatible device for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws.

  2. Restrictions
    You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for illegal, abusive, or prohibited activities
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the App to any third party

  1. Ownership
    The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Priya Sakhiya. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

  2. Third-Party Services
    The App may integrate third-party services such as Google Firebase and RevenueCat for analytics, configuration, crash reporting, and subscription management. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

  3. Internet Access and Proxy Disclaimer
    Proxy Browser – Private Web provides web access through proxy-based browsing technology. Network speed, availability, and performance may vary and are not guaranteed.

We do not host, control, or monitor third-party websites or their content. You access third-party websites at your own risk and are responsible for reviewing their terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

  1. In-App Purchases
    The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions processed through Apple’s App Store. Payments, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. We do not collect or store payment information.

  2. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license to use the App at any time if you violate this Agreement or misuse the App. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

  3. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  4. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including data loss, device damage, or service interruption.

  5. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
