End User License Agreement (EULA) for ProxyPilot Browser

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Priya Sakhiya (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the use of the ProxyPilot Browser mobile application (“App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from the App.

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes or to access restricted or illegal content.

  • Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the App to any third party.

3. Ownership

The App, including all rights, title, and interest therein, remains the property of Priya Sakhiya. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., Google Firebase) for analytics and configuration. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

5. Internet Access & Proxy Disclaimer

  • The App uses a proxy browsing system, which may be subject to speed limitations or downtime.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free browsing.

  • All browsing is at your own risk, and you should review the privacy and security practices of any websites you visit.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the App at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or damage to your device.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
